Who we are
We are the NIHR Clinical Research Network mental health specialty co-leads in the Eastern region, both working as consultant psychiatrists in CPFT. We are keen to support psychiatry trainees across the eastern region to develop research skills, experience and networks.
How we can help you:
- Guidance on how to start gaining and developing research experience
- Linking you with senior researchers working in your area of interest and relevant research studies
- Linking you with other trainees across the region with similar academic interests
- Information on local research networks e.g. the NIHR Clinical Research Network and how you can get involved
- Information on local and regional research training opportunities
- Support and signposting in developing your own projects and funding applications
