Bridge won't send me my password reset when I clicked "Forgot Password"

A few things to make sure here:

  1. Ensure you are in the right website for your specialty. More info about this on the Blended Learning Home Page
  2. Check you Junk and Spam Mail
  3. Check you are using the right email address that you are registered on Bridge
  4. If you still cannot locate your password reset email, please contact england.blendedlearning.eoe@nhs.net
I can't login to Panopto

The best way to login to Panopto is to use Tool bar on the left hand side bar in Bridge. Go to Tools > Panopto and you will be automatically logged in.

  • If you can't see the Tools Icon refresh your page and it should appear.
  • If Panopto doesn't load in Bridge - refresh your cookies

 

You can also login to the HEE EoE Panopto Website folowing the steps below:

Bridge User

If you are a Bridge user, you can use your Bridge username and password to login to Panopto. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://heeoe.cloud.panopto.eu 
  2. Make sure you select the correct Bridge Website in which you are registered. See Blended Learning Home page
  3. Once Selected, click login and you will be sent to the Bridge login page which is normal!
  4. Login using your Bridge username and password
  5. You will be sent back to Panopto. 

Or if you are already logged into Bridge, open a new tab and go to the Panopto website, you should be auto-logged in.

 

If you are a Panopto only user (some Consultants) - this will not work for Bridge users. If you are a Bridge user, use the above method.

  1. Go to https://heeoe.cloud.panopto.eu 
  2. Make sure you select Panopto from the Drop down menu
  3. Enter your username and password
How do I retrieve my certificates on Bridge?
 
Steps below or Video explanation here
 
Bridge automatically generates certificates for any completed live training events or courses. To view your certificates you need to go the "Completed" section of your "My Learn Page", in List View. 
1. Ensure List view is selected on your My Learn Page

 
2. Scroll down to view your completed section

 
3. Click "view certificate" - this will open a new window where you can now select what you want to do with this certificate.
 
4. Once you have opened your certificate, press print (top right of the screen) and select Save as PDF from the Printer Drop down menu.
 
I attended the Zoom/Teams meeting but don't have a Certificate? Can I get one?

Yes, this can happen if you attended the Zoom/Teams meeting without going through Bridge or if you just used the link in your browser. If you let the coordinator of the training day know that this has happened they can manually make the certificate appear on your Completed section in Bridge.

Why won't Bridge let me into the Zoom/Teams Meeting?
I am a Clinical Fellow/Locally Employed Doctor in the region. Can I have access to Bridge?

Yes, all Locally Employed Training Doctors and SAS Doctors will have access to Bridge. We are still working on getting you uploaded to the system.

Are there Apps for Bridge and Panopto?

Yes definitely

Bridge app -

you can download the Bridge app from here: https://bridgemobileapp.page.link/VbY2 

or

when logged into Bridge go to the settings icon ( gear icon - bottom left hand side of the tool bar) &  click Get Bridge Mobile App, just scan the QR code with your camera.

The Domain name is the website address that you normally login to without the https:// bit. Then login as normal. 

Panopto app - 

you can download the Panopto app from you App store or Android store. Just type in Panopto and it will come up.

The Domain name = heeoe.cloud.panopo.eu

Remember to select the Bridge website you are afflitated with check out the diagram below.
