Bridge won't send me my password reset when I clicked "Forgot Password"

A few things to make sure here:

  1. Ensure you are in the right website for your specialty. More info about this on the Blended Learning Home Page
  2. Check you Junk and Spam Mail
  3. Check you are using the right email address that you are registered on Bridge
  4. If you still cannot locate your password reset email, please contact blendedlearning.eoe@hee.nhs.uk
I can't login to Panopto

The best way to login to Panopto is to use Tools bar on the left hand side bar in Bridge. Go to Tools > Panopto and you will be automatically logged in.

 

You can also login to the HEE EoE Panopto Website folowing the steps below:

Bridge User

If you are a Bridge user, you can use your Bridge username and password to login to Panopto. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://heeoe.cloud.panopto.eu 
  2. Make sure you select the correct Bridge Website in which you are registered. See Blended Learning Home page
  3. Once Selected, click login and you will be sent to the Bridge login page which is normal!
  4. Login using your Bridge username and password
  5. You will be sent back to Panopto. 

Or if you are already logged into Bridge, open a new tab and go to the Panopto website, you should be auto-logged in.

 

If you are a Panopto only user (some Consultants) - this will not work for Bridge users. If you are a Bridge user, use the above method.

  1. Go to https://heeoe.cloud.panopto.eu 
  2. Make sure you select Panopto from the Drop down menu
  3. Enter your username and password
How do I retrieve my certificates on Bridge?

Bridge automatically generates certificates for any completed live training events or courses. To view your certificates you need to go the "Completed" section of your "My Learn Page", in List View. 
1. Ensure List view is selected on your My Learn Page

 
2. Scroll down to view your completed section

 
3. Click "view certificate" - this will open a new window where you can now select what you want to do with this certificate.
 
4. Once you have opened your certificate, press print (top right of the screen) and select Save as PDF from the Printer Drop down menu.
 
I attended the Zoom/Teams meeting but don't have a Certificate? Can I get one?

Yes, this can happen if you attended the Zoom/Teams meeting without going through Bridge or if you just used the link in your browser. If you let the coordinator of the training day know that this has happened they can manually make the certificate appear on your Completed section in Bridge.

Why won't Bridge let me into the Zoom/Teams Meeting?

Bridge has been set up to block entry into Zoom meetings 15 minutes after the start time. 

You can copy and paste the zoom link found in the location section of your Calendar and copy it into your browser bar to gain entry (number 3 on the picture below).

If you enter the meeting this way, you will not be marked as registered, so just let the coordinating consultant know you were present and we mark you as attended on Bridge so you get your Certificate.
