Recruitment is coordinated nationally by the North West Deanery and all applications are via Oriel.
The main recruitment time is for an August start, with the timetable for August 2019 being:
August 2019 Intake - Core Training
The application window for the August 2019 intake will open at 10am (UK time) on Wednesday 7th November 2018 and will close at 4pm (UK time) on Thursday 29th November 2018. There will be two Selection Centres for interviews, with candidates able to select either location regardless of vacancy preference selected:
- Scotland - Monday 4th February 2019 at the Westpark Conference Centre in Dundee (limited places available)
- England - Thursday 7th February, Friday 8th February, Thursday 14th February and Friday 15th February 2019 at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester
Please note that we will once again be recruiting to ST1 CAMHS for August 2019 and so should you wish to apply for this run through programme, please refer to the respective pages on the National Reruitment website, and note that there will be a separate vacancy and application process in Oriel. NB. If you wish to apply to both CT1 Psychiatry and ST1 CAMHS you must complete and submit both Oriel applications.

August 2019 - Higher Training
The application window for the August 2019 intake will open on Wednesday 30th January 2019 at 10am, and will close on Wednesday 20th February 2019 at 4pm. Interviews are expected to take place in March 2019. Further information will be added to the website in the coming weeks.
