Professional Support and Well-being (PSW) Support Providers

 The PSW is a referral-based service, providing dedicated case management and fast access to specialist support to trainees who need some additional support outside of their employment and training programme. It is important to remember the following:

• We strive to support educators and trainees to be as effective as possible in their roles.
• Our purpose is not to replace the role of the training programme or the health provider but to work in tandem
