Workshop Dates
The workshop is hosted and facilitated by Psysoft Ltd, an occupational psychology consultancy which provides assessment, development, coaching and training services to a wide range of organisations. Psysoft Ltd. have worked with the PSW for a number of years in delivering training and support.
The developing emotional intelligence workshop is a two hour workshop looking at the benefits of emotional intelligence and its importance within the NHS. This interactive workshop will explore what emotional intelligence means and the role your emotions play in the workplace. Facilitated by experienced EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 practitioners, you will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of your EQ-i 2.0 reports and to discuss strategies for developing your emotional intelligence.

The Facilitators
Chloe Tuffrey is a Senior Consultant at Psysoft Ltd.; she designs, manages, and delivers psychometric training courses, including the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 certification and BPS Test User training. Chloe is responsible for creating bespoke workshops for clients on topics such as emotional intelligence and resilience. Her role also includes developing new products and online courses, running workshops and webinars, supporting clients with their recruitment and development projects, and providing feedback on a range of psychometric assessments, such as the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, MSCEIT, Hardiness Resilience Gauge, and Influence Style Indicator.
Emily Murton is a Consultant at Psysoft Ltd.; she delivers psychometric training courses such as the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 certification and BPS Test User Training. With an enthusiasm for coaching, Emily provides feedback on a variety of psychometric assessments, such as the MSCEIT, Change Style Indicator, Hardiness Resilience Gauge, Discovery Leadership Profile and EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360. Alongside developing new products, designing online courses and running webinars, Emily also manages Psysoft’s marketing and social media accounts and supports a range of clients with their recruitment and development projects.
The Professional Support and Well-being (PSW) are a referral based service so we would require a PSW referral.
