The developing emotional intelligence workshop is a two hour workshop looking at the benefits of emotional intelligence and its importance within the NHS. This interactive workshop will explore what emotional intelligence means and the role your emotions play in the workplace. Facilitated by experienced EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 practitioners, you will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of your EQ-i 2.0 reports and to discuss strategies for developing your emotional intelligence.
