- BMA Guidance on PPE

- Access to free and confidential financial advice helpline through Money Advice Service
- Wellbeing Conversations for local EAP or Occupational Health services
- BMA wellbeing support services are open 24/7 to all doctors and medical students. You will have the choice of speaking to a counsellor, or taking the details of a doctor who you can contact for peer support. Please click here to view the BMA Well-being Services poster and information on how to access this support.
- NHS Practitioner Health operates a self-referral system. It offers free, confidential NHS service for doctors and dentists across England with mental illness and addiction problems.
Well-being apps and tools
- NHS staff have been given free access to a number of wellbeing apps to support with their mental health and wellbeing. Select NHS England link to access the most up-to-date list NHS England Well-being apps. These include: Headspace, Unmind, Sleepio

- Clinically led 1:1 support and coaching through Project 5 : provides, independent and confidential solution and wellbeing support, up to 3 sessions when you need them.
