Aspire Coaching

Aspire are a coaching organisation offering 3 x 1:1 sessions to focus on improving specific skills.

Aspire will complete a formal contracting ahead of the first session. This gives the coach early sight of the coachee’s goals and removes much of the traditional formality from the first session, which in turn helps relationships to build more quickly. Aspire’s coaches often refer to Blakey and Day’s Support/Challenge matrix as they see their role as providing both support and challenge as required to enable the coachee to achieve their goals.

During coaching sessions, the Aspire coaches use a combination of observation, questioning, listening and feedback to create a conversation that’s rich in insight and learning, where the coachee will experience a greater focus and attention that enables them to develop a greater awareness and appreciation of their own circumstances and create new ways and behaviours to resolve issues, produce better results and generally achieve their goals more easily.

Aspire coaches are experienced in the use of an extensive range of coaching models for the right situation and support. Here are some example models regularly used by our coaches:

  • GROWER
  • Visioning Orbit
  • Career Anchors
  • Brief Solution Focus
  • CLEAR Model
  • Person Centred Approach

Additional approaches and tools our coaches can formally/informally bring into coaching session where appropriate include:

  • 360 Questionnaire
  • Well-formed Outcomes
  • Perceptual Positions
  • Transactional Analysis
  • Five Why’s
  • Wheel of Life
  • Force field analysis
  • Logical Levels of Change
