The oculoplastic team is headed by Mr Cornelius Rene and Mr Simon Woodruff. They publish regularly on clinical aspects of oculoplastic surgery. There is much opportunity for collaborative research with other specialties such as dermatology, ENT, plastics and maxillofacial surgery. Research in the past 4 months has been accepted for presentation at ARVO 2012. They are keen to raise the research profile of the department and would be happy to be approached directly.
