For 2 days each year, Madingley Hall in Cambridgeshire provides the venue for our GP residential course, where we can further develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary for General Practice. It was built in the 16th Century. It comprises a stunning country house with beautiful gardens, designed by Capability Brown, later on in the 18th Century.

During our 2 day stay, much of the time is spent on team building, as well as participation in exercises developing consultation skills, such as role play. The evening is enjoyed indulging in Karaoke, although every year activities will change, as the content of the weekend is decided in advance by the group as a whole.
The residential course provides an excellent opportunity to get to know other members in our GP specialist training group, further develop knowledge and attitudes, and most of all have fun. Not to be missed!
