There is an annual 2-day residential course for all trainees at Madingley Hall, Cambridge. This usually takes place during the winter.

Set in beautiful gardens four miles from the centre of Cambridge, and  60 minutes from London, Madingley Hall is a beautiful conference venue our scheme visits once a year.

The 2 days and 1 night spent away are invaluable for team building and provide a great opportunity for in depth learning. As a rule the trainees select topics and design the programme for the 2 days.

Previous themes have included Complementary Therapies, Palliative Care and Dermatology. The local Trainers also join the group there for half a day.
