Please read the below guidance carefully before booking your space:

- The Spring Symposium will be taking place completely virtually and all sessions throughout the day will be delivered via MS Teams.

- When booking your space, you will be asked to select your workshop preferences for each workshop slot throughout the day. There is a limited amount of space on each workshop, and these will go on a first-come first-serve basis. If a workshop has been fully booked, you will no longer to able to select it. If you do not want to attend any workshop in a particular slot, please simply select ‘none’.

- The booking form will also ask you if you are planning to attend each of the plenary sessions throughout the day. This is just so we can get an idea of numbers; if you book a space on the day, you will automatically be registered for any plenary sessions taking place that day.

- To view the agendas for each day, please see above links.

- To confirm your booking, you will be required to register for an account with the NHS England event platform.

- Once you have successfully booked your space, you will receive an email confirmation from the NHS England event platform. Please keep a copy of this safe. This will also allow you to easily cancel or amend your booking if required.

- Joining links for your chosen sessions will be emailed to you approximately 1 week prior to the event.
