Established in 2021 this group aims to advise & support fellows in designing, running and recording research and QI projects. Fellows are encouraged to submit abstracts for presentation at assorted educational and other conferences.

We are also developing links with educational experts around the region with the aim of providing fellows with expert advice on their projects and a “community of practice”.

Current themes include:

• Virtual learning (innovation) - Panopto – Bridge platforms  
• Supporting doctors - Differential attainment, locally supported SAS doctors / IMGs, PSW
• Faculty Development 
• Leadership training
