FACULTY DEVELOPMENT
In the East of England we are passionate about equipping our faculty for all aspects of education delivery. We hold an annual faculty day usually in November where we have a mixture of local and national presentations. Apart from updates on curriculum, exams, staffing, we have had speakers from RCEM on sustainable work patterns, equality and diversity. One of our focus areas in 2016 has been building resilience.
