ST3/DRE-EM Regional Training Days
Please find below the ST3/DRE-EM Regional Training Programme 2022/2023. Please ensure you liaise with your individual departments to arrange study leave on these days.
The School provides monthly regional training days for ACCS, ST3 and DRE-EM trainees in order to ensure the curriculum is fully covered. It is therefore imperative that local departments prioritise releasing trainees to attend these days. The only exception is when the trainee is on nights. All other shifts including twilight and late shifts should be covered by other staff. Trainees should not be expected to return after attending a training day to complete the remainder of a shift. The new contract also makes provision for trainees to attend a training day if it happens to fall on a scheduled day off and claim a day off in lieu elsewhere.
To be attended by all Emergency Medicine ST3 and DRE-EM Trainees.
Dr Yasmin Sultan, ST3/DRE-EM Training Programme Director would like to invite you to the ST3/DRE-EM Training Induction which is taking place on 10th August 2022, 09:00-15:00hrs. The induction will take place virtually, using zoom.
