Virtual resources to support your return to training.

 

What is an RTCP day? : A Return to Practice day is a workshop organised for all East of England returnees to attend prior to returning to training. The topics covered usually include wellbeing, communication, Basic Life Support (BLS), childcare, keeping up to date, and Less Than Full Time (LTFT) training workshops. Although we aim to have the days at regular intervals, in person attendance is not always possible. Additionally, you may find yourself in a situation where you are returning to training outside of a 'standard' post rotation and therefore, the in person date may not be beneficial for you. 

What are these resources? : The videos below are recordings from the providers we work with to host the RTCP days. 

Who will these resources benefit? : Any trainee who has been out of training for a period of time can benefit from the resources below.
