If you decide that you would like to apply, please prospectively secure the agreement of your current Educational Supervisor, your TPD/AD/HoS and the service lead and educational lead in the department/GP practice where you will be working during the period of the fellowship. If your application is successful, you will need to apply for an OOPE for the period of the fellowship.
