Trainee Support

Our scheme is conscious of the challenges and opportunities that GP Speciality Training creates. To help support trainees the scheme is proactive in providing communication and support channels. Not only are the local TPDs and trainers approachable but we have an engaged and supportive set of trainees.

All trainees, unless they choose to opt out, are part of a 'buddy system', where each ST1 trainee will be grouped with an ST2 and ST3 trainee that can be your first port of call for questions and peer support, If you are a current trainee you can find out who you are buddied with via the TPDs or scheme administrator (See contacts)
