Enhance enable is our online learning platform where you will have an opportunity to engage in tailored educational content split across 6 core modules and four cross cutting themes.

It is available nationally to all foundation doctors and regionally for multi-professional foundation trainees.

 

 

This content aims to complement your current post-graduate training and help build your confidence to understand the wider healthcare picture and how healthcare systems interact to deliver holistic care.

 

It is delivered by interactive virtual reality modules, video presentations and quizzes to drive reflective learning and practice.

As part of enable you will get a certification of completion for each module that you complete from the national enhance team.

 

Award·

 

Module certificates: You will get a certification of completion for each module that you can upload to your portfolio and use as evidence for meeting the Foundation curriculum capabilities.·

 

Contextual Leadership certificate: Completing the whole programme will be certificated as a leadership course, and this can be counted towards specialty applications.·

 

enhance prize: There will be an enhance category in the national Foundation doctors’ presentation day, providing an opportunity to showcase at a national level the learning you have undertaken.
