Testimonials

Dr Ibriak Mohamed, Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust

"The leadership cohort I attended was a wonderful opportunity to connect, learn, and improve my knowledge and skills about the leadership domain and how to use it to better serve my role as EM clinician and to work as an effective and efficient team member in such a vibrant working environment.

It equips me with the essential, non-technical skills needed to cope with the demands of my role and responsibilities to grasp the bigger picture of my patient's needs, concerns, and meet their expectations to ensure achieving the goals of my department and trust at large.

It's a very important program and I am ever grateful for SAS team EOE committee to offer me the opportunity to participate.

I highly recommend this programme to every healthcare professional willing to broaden their horizon in the field of leadership and teamwork skills."
