LEAF-BUD faculty are involved with course delivery, review and updating of course content and materials. Faculty members have the opportunity to build teaching, leadership and project management skills; working with NHSE EoE to deliver teaching. Faculty Development Days are arranged for faculty to attend to assist with personal development as well as developing knowledge and skills that underpin medical education. These development days include sessions from external speakers and an opportunity to revise and adapt current course content.
