The Educational Supervisor: Brijender has been practicing general dentistry since 2009, firstly as an associate dentist in Coventry for 6 years and then as practice Principal in Leicester since 2015. In 2016, Brij completed his MSc in Minor oral surgery from UCLAN, Preston. Brij has always  had an inclination towards teaching/mentoring as a way of giving back to the profession. Brij has been an Educational Supervisor since 2018 and every year has enjoyed the teaching and learning experience more and more. Brij also does a lot Implantology and Adult orthodontics (fixed and removable) for his patients. 

The Practice: SplenDental Care is located on Narborough Road, which is an arterial road to Leicester city center. The practice was established in 1970s and has been run as a family dental practice. The practice boasts of loyal staff members, some of whom have been at the practice for over 40 years. The practice is a 4 surgery practice with modern FD surgery (complete renovation in 2018).
There is ample on-road free parking spaces outside the practice, and good public transport links with bus-stop right outside the practice. 

The Area: Narborough road has a very busy modern shopping park (Fosse Park) at one end and a historical monument, tomb and burial of King Richard III at the other end. Narborough road was recently named ‘ethnically the most diverse road in Britain’ with shops from  23 different countries. The famous, King Power Stadium, home to Leicester City Football Club, is only 7 minutes drive from the practice.

Other Points of Interest: We have a really good team of 2 dentists, 1 hygienist and 7 amazing members of support and nursing staff,  with most members been working with us for more than 7 years. We exercise team bonding through team meetings, get togethers, Secret Santa and Christmas parties.
