The Educational Supervisor: George qualified in Greece in 2004, moved to the UK in 2006, and has been a member of the practice team ever since. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and he is particularly interested in clinical education. He has been a clinical mentor for newly qualified dentists since 2011. He has recently accepted the offer to become Educational Supervisor.
The Practice: The practice has been recently refurbished and has seven surgeries across two floors. All surgeries have windows that allow for natural lighting and ventilation. We provide mainly NHS dentistry but also offer a range of private treatments. We have a loyal patient base. We are equipped with digital xrays and use Kodak R4+ software.
The Area: Sneinton is a suburb of Nottingam near the city centre. The practice is only 20 minutes walk from city centre and also 20 minutes from Nottngham train station. It is a multicultural area. Most residents are families but many students and young professionals also choose to live in Sneinton due to its convenient location.
Other Points of Interest: There are several points of interest within walking distance from the practice. These include: Green's Mill and Science Centre, Sneinton Market, City of Caves, National Justice Museum, National Ice Centre, and Nottingham Contemporary. There is also a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and theatres in nearby areas of Hockley, the Lace market, and the City Centre.
