The Educational Supervisor: Having qualified in 2000 from Manchester University,it was always my ambition to become an Education Supervisor. I obtained my MFGDP from the Royal College in 2004 and then became an education supervisor for the West Midlands Deanery. I have now been a Education Supervisor for 13 Years. I feel I have a wealth of knowledge which I can pass onto a newly qualified dentist.  
I believe that a Foundation Dentist can also provide a lot for a practice, you will bring in current thinking and new ideas on how I am able to improve my practice. You will be treated as an equal member amongst all other qualified dentists.

I am committed to postgraduate education and I am a very pro active trainer with an open door policy for yourself and all other members of the dental team. 

The Practice: We are a small 3 surgery practice with a very large NHS contract. Patients from all socio economic backgrounds are seen at this practice. The surgeries are well equipped, we have digital xrays, Rotary endo, Apex Locators and all notes are computer based. We have a dentist who has 12 years experience at our local Max Fax department who works 1 day per week.  Our other dentists include 1 part time GDP and another full time GDP who has worked over 10 years at this practice. Our practice Manager has been with us for 14 years, and started as a school leaver aged 16 ! We have a young team who are all geared up to help a foundation dentist enjoy there first year.

The successful Foundation Dentist who is lucky enough to be awarded a place at our practice will be exposed to a wide range of patients who require a wide range of treatments from full clearances to cosmetic work. 

The Area: Willenhall is an area located on the border of Walsall and Wolverhampton, Although boundary changes have placed us in Walsall, our local patients see themselves as "wulfrunians".
Patients seen at this practice come from all socio-economic backgrounds. 

Other Points of Interest: Our local football team is Wolverhampton Wanderers , who have just finished 7th in the premier league ! We are located 30 mins from Birmingham City Centre, the local train station is Wolverhampton which has excellent links to the rest of the country, So it is very easy to escape if Wolverhampton is not to your liking !
