The Educational Supervisor: Since 1987 I have owned and run a group of dental practices in partnership with my two brothers and I am based at 148 High Street, Cradley Heath, as the Principal Dentist.  I have been involved in Foundation Training as an Educational Supervisor every year since 1995.   In 2010 I gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education for Health Professionals.  I encourage all members of our team to further their learning and have supported many of our nurses through their qualification in Sedation Nursing, Radiography, Orthodontics and impression taking.  I gained a Diploma in Conscious Sedation in 2012 and an MSc in Oral Surgery in 2016.  In 2017 I gained IACSD approval as a Clinical Supervisor for dental sedation experience leading to independent practice.

The Practice: The Cradley Heath Practice first opened in 1988 in a busy Black Country high street.  It serves the local and wider area and maintains its community spirit.  It was purpose built and has undergone several extensions.  The two storey building has 20 fully equipped surgeries with their own intra oral digital radiographic equipment and is fully computerised running Software of Excellence' Exact software.  We are a mainly NHS practice and provide a full range of care for adults and children, which includes orthodontics and sedation.  In 2018 Bhandal Sedation Training was NEBDN accredited as course provider for Dental Sedation Nursing. We have friendly qualified staff with experience in Foundation Training.

The Area: Cradley Heath is a small town approximately 8 miles from Birmingham.  It is well served by public transport with regular buses to the surrounding areas, and has a train station.  The town is within easy reach of the motorway network, with the M5 being a 10 minute drive away.

Other Points of Interest: Cradley Heath remains a traditional shopping centre with two market halls, a large supermarket and small independent shops and cafes.  Merry Hill shopping centre is 2 miles away.
