The Educational Supervisor: Pritesh Vithlani is a highly enthusiastic general practitioner who works well within the team and relates well to both his patients and colleagues.  He been an Educational Supervisor since 2015 supervisor, and previously carried out roles of being a clinical advisor and taught undergraduate dentists. He is now the principal of the practice. He is easily approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about dentistry. He has an interest in aesthetic dentistry, facial aesthetics and also provides some orthodontic treatment. Outside of work, he likes to travel, spend time with his young family and is a big sports fan.

The Practice: Church Road Dental is a modern comfortable practice which benefits from over-sized air conditioned treatment rooms and an experienced and friendly team.  All our dental nurses are fully qualified and registered with the GDC and we are also supported by 2 part-time hygienists. We area also supported by 2 Periodontists and currently have a DwSI in Endodontics. Several of the staff have remained at the practice since its commencement some 15 years ago. 

The practice provides a good range of treatments and in particular benefits from a wide range of patients from different social economic backgrounds, facilitating excellent experience for a Foundation Dentist..

The Area: Welwyn Garden City is a lovely town, very easily commutable from London and the North. It is a very leafy town (hence the name), and we are located within a large shopping area with the main well known shops around. There is lots to do in the area, with many cafes and restaurants too.

Other Points of Interest: Our dentists and specialists founded 'North Herts Study Club' which meet four times a year. We provide verifiable CPD for dentists and team members who wish to join. Recent topics have included 'cracked tooth', facial aesthetics, oral cancer and periodontics as a specialty.
