The Educational Supervisors: Frederick has worked at The Walden Dental Clinic since he qualified from Guys Dental Institute in 2006. He became a trainer in 2016 and joint principle with Mital in 2017. Mital too started his career at the practice in 2012 and together they have developed The Walden Dental Clinic into a modern, state of the art, forward thinking practice. Both have experience in providing complex implant procedures, cosmetic dentistry and cosmetic orthodontics including invisalign, six months smiles, quick straight teeth and Damon lingual braces. Over the past few years, all of our FD's have had a chance to learn these exciting techniques.
Frederick has completed a one year certificate in Advanced Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry and a one year Biohorizons Implant course. He was an honorary clinical tutor at Kings College London. Fred has a special interest in facial aesthetics and routinely combine the use of botox and dermal fillers in complex cosmetic work. .
Mital has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry with the aid of Implants and Orthodontics. He has completed the world renowned Tipton Implant course. Currently Mital is undertaking a MclinDent in Orthodontics as well as an MSc in Implantology Mital undertakes all types of Complex implant work from simple single tooth implants to sinus augmentation procedures. Mital routinely uses digital intra oral scanners and lasers. He is a big fan of dental technology.

The Practice: We are a modern, state of the art, mixed practice. We provide both NHS & Private Dentistry to a wide range of patients. The Practice offers a range of treatments including cosmetic dentistry,complex and simple implants, facial aesthetics, full mouth rehabilitations, complex endodontic treatments, surgical procedures and a wide range of orthodontic treatments.
We have 8 experienced dentists, 3 hygienists and a great team of 14 friendly, supportive nurses and receptionists.
Seven of our dentists have been previous FD's at the practice and one is an ex trainer of FD's for over 15 years.
All the surgeries have been newly refurbished in 2018 including the FD surgery.
Fully digital with Software for Excellence, Digital Radiography and Clinipads.
We have 5 fully equipped surgeries, and are in the process off adding another surgery.
We have an intra oral scanner (iTero) and are in the process of adding a CBCT.

Saffron Walden is a beautiful, historic market town complete with castle ruins! Its stately home Audley End House has outdoor concerts in the summer.
