How to Become Faculty

leaf_join_our_team.png

LEAF faculty are involved with course delivery, review and updating of course content and materials. Faculty members have the opportunity to build teaching, leadership and project management skills; working with NHSE EoE to deliver teaching. Faculty Development Days are arranged for faculty to attend to assist with personal development as well as developing knowledge and skills that underpin medical education. These development days include sessions from external speakers and an opportunity to revise and adapt current course content.

We expect faculty members to join us for one year; after which there will be an opportunity to review and extend your involvement by mutual agreement.

The role of LEAF faculty is suitable to those who are both passionate and experienced within the medical education field. Training in content and delivery will be given before "live" teaching events, along with access to pre-course material.

Recruitment to join the faculty, will be opening soon. Further information will be provided here in due course.
