Emotional Intelligence - It is said that having a high degree of emotional intelligence makes you more successful in both your personal life and in your career. So, what exactly is Emotional Intelligence, how can we tell if we have got it, and most importantly how can we improve it. This workshop will explore the five facets of emotional intelligence, it will explore the benefits of increasing our understanding of our own emotional responses as well as being able to recognise those of others. It will be packed full of practical exercises to improve your EI, which you can then take-away as useful exercises to share with your trainees / colleagues.
