Public Transport
By Train
Cambridge railway station is on the south side of the city and has regular services to London (Kings Cross and Liverpool Street). For information on train times and operators call National Rail Enquiries on 08457 484 950 or visit National Rail. Please note from the train station you will then need to catch a bus to the Victoria House site.
By Bus
Take the Citi 1 or Citi 3 bus from Emanuel Street central Cambridge, or from the train station. The bus comes into the Capital Park Site. For bus timetables visit StageCoach
By Car
From the A14
- Leave the A14 at junction 35 signposted for A1303 for Newmarket, Cambridge and Stow Cum Quy.
- At the roundabout, follow signs for Cambridge (A1303).
- At the next roundabout, turn left, following signs to Teversham, Cherry Hinton and Fulbourn.
- Continue to the next roundabout and turn left following signs for Fulbourn, Trumpington and Addenbrooke’s.
- Go straight on at the next two roundabouts, (over the level crossing and past Tesco on your left).
- At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Cambridge Road, following signs for Fulbourn.
- Take the second turning on the left, signposted Capital Park
- Follow the road until you get to a mini roundabout, at the roundabout turn right Victoria House will be in front of you
From the M11
- From the M11 north & southbound, exit at junction 11 and follow the A1309.
- Take the third major turning on your right onto Long Road (A1134) and then straight on over the bridge and traffic lights junction.
- Go straight on at the next roundabout.
- Follow Queen Edith’s Way until you see a sign for Fulbourn and Cambridge Airport
- Turn right at traffic lights (Robin Hood pub)
- Head along Fulbourn Road and straight over the next roundabout onto Cambridge Road
- Take the second turning on the left, signposted Capital Park
- Follow the road until you get to a mini roundabout, at the roundabout turn right Victoria House will be in front of you
From the A11
- From the A11 north & southbound exit at turn off signed Fulbourn, Balsham and Teversham
- Turn right and go through Fulbourn Village
- On exiting Fulbourn you will approach a small hill (there will be a Windmill on your left).
- Continue on Cambridge Road
- Take the second right signposted Capital Park
- Follow the road until you get to a mini roundabout, at the roundabout turn right Victoria House will be in front of you
Using your SatNav
Victoria House has two postcodes, one for the main building and another for the West Wing. Either of these will bring you to the correct site, but once on site please use the parking guide below to ensure you are able to access the correct location.

All visitors to Health Education England at Victoria House must use the car park adjacent to the East Wing.
On entering Capital Park (bottom left of the image) follow the road along the yellow line shown on the image above, which after a short while curves to the right. When you come to the mini roundabout, go straight over. You will see Victoria House on your right - please keep going. On the left hand side you will see a new building with signing for CPC3. After this building, take the next right (signposted "Overflow Parking") marked in red on the image above. On entering the car park, you will see a barrier. Please use the intercom to gain access.
Once parked, you will then need to walk back the way you have driven, and either come to the main reception (in the blue box on the image above), or to the West Wing reception (in the pink box in the image above) respectively. Please note there is no access from the rear of the building (the lower side of the image above), and there is also no parking in this area.
