Sean:I have been an ES for 5 years and have had a tremendous experience during that time. 
I graduated in 2005 from the Royal London Hospital and completed my VT year in Brockley. I had an amazing time during my VT year and promised myself that one day I would try to offer the same opportunity that I had to someone newly qualified. 
After my VT year, I went and became a Maxillofacial SHO at Luton & Dunstable Hospitals for 3 years which involved taking your own patients for a GA list and assisting the Consultants on the ward and in theatre. During that time, I discovered I really enjoyed the surgical aspect of Dentistry, I decided to do an MSc in Implant Dentistry at Bristol University. I finished that in 2016 and have been placing implants since then.
Recently, I completed PGCert in Dental mentoring and Coaching and found this to be a tremendous help in helping my FDs grow and perform well in practice.

Karishma:I am joining Sean as an ES for my first year. I graduated from The University of Birmingham in 2014 before joining Broadway Dental as a VT. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience training under Sean and was encouraged to take a year out to work in Australia on completion of my VT year. Following this I made the decision to return to the practice as an Associate. During the past few years I have taken an interest in Restorative dentistry and recently completed my PGCert. Having had experience in a number of different practices, treating a range of patients, I am excited to pass my knowledge and support to a new qualified dentis

The Practice:  We have a 4 chair practice located on a busy high street in Debden, Essex. We have a large pool of regular patients numbering approximately 6000 and have local primary schools in the area. It is a modern practice with digital radiographs, rotary endodontics and a separate decontamination room.

The Area: Debden is a busy area located in Loughton which is only 5mins away by car. It is a vibrant area located in Essex but close to London. It is well served with excellent transport links to London and the rest of Essex and East Anglia. There is a London underground station - Debden located on the Central line which is 5 minutes walk from the practice.
