After the success of the FRCA, there are study days  arranged around the region on a monthly basis (except change-over and holiday periods) focusing on topics of interest to senior trainees eg management, preparation for consultant interviews. A local senior trainee organises the day as part of their management training. The organisation of the programme is overseen by muhilan.kanagarathna@addenbrookes.nhs.uk
