The region is split into three areas for regional teaching to reduce traveling. Teaching rotates around the hospitals usually on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. The focus is on preparation for the Primary FRCA. There is also opportunity to meet trainees from other hospitals and compare experiences.

North = Kings Lynn, Norwich, James Paget, Ipswich and West Suffolk

South = Colchester, Southend, Basildon, Mid Essex and Princess Alexandra

West = Bedford, Luton, Watford, Stevenage and Peterborough
