I have lost my password, how do I access my account?
To reset your password please click on ‘Forgotton your password’ in the sign in section of Intrepid. You will be asked to enter your email address and the system will send you a new password via email. Please check your junk folders for the email.
How do I cancel a course?
Please contact the Postgraduate centre where the course is held.
How do I access my evaluation and CPD certificate?
Please log into your Intrepid CMS account to access your evaluation and certificate once you have completed the evaluation. Please see section 6 of the delegate user guide for further information.
How long are the evaluations available for?
Evaluations are available for completing for a period of 4 weeks after the course. After this period you cannot complete your evaluation and attain your CPD certificate. Please note that this is an agreed period across the east of England for all Dental courses funded by Health Education England working across the east of England.
My account says it has been locked?
Please notify the Dental Administrator at the Postgraduate Education Centre.
Can I book a place on a course on behalf of another person?
Yes you can but you need to be set up as a representative for that person first. Please contact the Dental Administrator at the Postgraduate Education Centre.
I have entered my email and password, but still can’t access my account?
If you receive this message please notify the Dental Administrator at the Postgraduate Education Centre you attended and ensure that you send a screenshot of the error message you are receiving to assist in a speedy resolution to the issue.
I have tried booking on a course but it won’t let me book on.
It is likely that this course is fully booked however you can click that you are interested in attending this course and this will add you to a waiting list. If any other delegates cancel you will be notified that there are spaces.
